Coach J-Gray…the coach you hate in the moment, but you love for a lifetime. She will push you to exceed any of your perceived limitations while reaching your heart and soul to believe in yourself and be the best person you can be. Simply stated, Coach Jessica is anything but your average fitness coach.
At age 5, J-Gray began her fitness journey as a competitive gymnastics athlete. By age 16, Jessica found her calling and began coaching children’s gymnastics at competitive levels. Over the years, J-Gray continued her own fitness journey through Crossfit, Crossfit Gymnastics, Powerlifting, and Olympic Lifting. J-Gray has never settled for mediocrity and is always expanding her fitness knowledge in order to give back to her athletes.
To date, J-Gray has over 15 years of coaching experience, but more importantly, experience with adult learning theory. Jessica understands what it takes to reach an athlete on a personal level to inspire their very best performance . J-Gray's coaching style is straight-forward with no holds barred, but with compassion and conviction for fitness.
